Components Setup

Our specialist assists you and performs an end-to-end installation of all components for TradingConnector: including the Chrome Extension, the desktop app, and access to ExpertAdvisor on MetaTrader. All steps are described in the Install Section so that you can do this on your own, but if you still run into difficulties or if you’re not sure if you did it correctly, we’re ready to help at any time. We do this during a short session via TeamViewer or Anydesk.

Alerts Configuration (also for closed-source scripts)

TradingView is a feature-rich platform. To configure complex structures of entry and exit signals, it requires PineScript coding skills and deep knowledge of how TradingView alerts work. As a part of this on boarding service we can do this for you, including coding alerts logic. Want to do it yourself? You don’t have access to the source code? No problem. TradingConnector enables even auto-executing alerts triggered by the script, which you cannot modify. This is done using “Search & Replace Alerts Modifier”, which we can configure for you.

Custom Script Adjustments

Not sure how to start? Have an idea for a trading strategy? Our White Glove devs can put creates scripts for you. Please note that within the scope of this on-boarding service we can only create simple scripts like “Make entries on EMAs crossover with TakeProfit=X and StopLoss=Y” or adjusting existing ones. We are happy to discuss and supply more complex services, however, so please reach out.
